Business for breach of agreement
Real Estate as the property in dispute is tenants in common and was purchased under partnership agreement
The partnership agreement has an Arbitration clause to resolve disputes that are beyond the scope of resolution via simpler means; i.e. unreasonable resolution

To fix a partnership that has gone sour, I am looking for assistance in resolving a purchase that was made under partnership agreement with arbitration clause. Mediation was to no avail thus I am looking to resolve an Owner Occupant breach of contract dispute that yielded said owner occupant closing.

arbitrators are good only if you have the clause in the agreement; if not then you have to take your business partner to court. While arbitration is cheaper than lawyers and court costs, it is still an expensive procedure.
You said mediation did not work: what was the reasoning with the mediation?

So is this a business dispute or a real estate dispute? What was the clause in the contract

Arbitration clause is present.
Mediation was intended to come to a middle ground “handshake” resolution
