Call the insurance agent and ask them how it should be done. You also might want a copy of the insurance policy and the declarations page so you know what is covered to make sure the coverage is sufficient.

When taking a property over “subject to” how do you go about changing the insurance paperwork? Do I put myself on the paperwork as co loss payee? along with bank? get a new policy or make changes to the old???
