I have recently discovered a mentoring program with a experienced investor involving lease options…The program works by me making a initial fee and partnering with this mentor… For every deal that we work together we are going to split, after the first deal is completed I am to be reimbursed the initial fee… We were chatting via phone for about 30 minutes the other night and it seems like it is a good opportunity…I am highly motivated about working with him but I wanted to know if any of you “experts” have heard of this. Better yet I just want an outside opinion about this situation… Is it good or shaky…???
