Joe, there is a lot happening right now on the riverfront(Detroit) with some $500-600 Million to be spent over the next 5 to 6 years to renovate. Get in and around those areas and you’ll be amazed at the appreciation you get within a short period. Also look at Wyandotte, Ecorse, Hamtramck, and anything attached. Things are starting to jump in and around Detroit.
