ToddG, If you can’t find a real estate investing club in your area. Use the chat room at www.creonline.com as your REI Club as I do. You can learn alot more by talking to real live folks who are seasoned investors in the chat room. And LISTEN carefully what is being said.

OK,
Anyone from Baton Rouge, LA area? I am interested in joining a club, but I am having a difficult time locating one.
Second, I plan to begin as a wholesaler. This seems to be the best way for me to get my feet wet, so any recommendations for private investors would be most appreciated.

Well,
I haven’t been educating myself more than a few weeks now, so I do not feel comfortable doing a deal just yet. I was looking for a club to start networking in my area and hopefully to find recommendations to other investors, private lendors, attorneys, closing agents, etc.
I recieved Ron Legrand’s cash flow course about a week ago and have been reading much on creonline for about three weeks now. I would love to meet up and talk real estate if your interested. Please drop me an email if you would be like to meet up.
