Stacey.
I haven’t a clue as to whats in Flagstaff as far as REI Groups. Even here in Phoenix, we had a nice group going and the thing just went defunct! Don’t understand it but that’s the way things go sometimes. All of the officers “Resigned”. We had I believe over 50 members and nobody wanted to step up and take the reins so we are no longer an active group. Oh well we’ll just have to fly solo for a while until something happens. I would have taken a position but I will not be able to give 100% of my efforts to the group because of my own investing goals, my J.O.B. (cringing on that one) and my familys’ need for me. Someday in the future maybe. Hey, we have this board for advise, and mentoring anytime. Let’s be our own REI Group!

Hi Bill.
I am from Phoenix, and would be glad to help you embark on the Real Estate Investing journey. I will help you with anything you need to know (Providing of course that I know the answer) or I will direct you to where you can find the answer, and the place for that will usually be right here on this site. “Lots of great advise and help to be found right here!”
You have my email address here. Give me a reply through it and we’ll talk. I’ll send you my contact number when you reply. Send yours also.
My name is Tim and I have posted a few messages here. I haven’t purchased my first investment property yet, because I am chicken and I need a mentor, too! I live in Chandler, and would love to meet with you, Jim, or both you guys. I used to attend the REI club in Phoenix last year, but had to stop because of other distractions. But I’m ready to go at it again.
