Yes, I do use my own private lenders. They come from a group of friends and acquaintences who have some discretionary funds to invest.

I’m in search of hard money lenders in Pennsylvania. The last guy I used, couldn’t close as promised. Also, Does any one use their own private lenders? If so, how did you find them?

Tom, if you are in SE PA, you can also go to the DIG Online website for the local invetor group, there click on the Sponsors link and you’ll see a list of several lenders.
