I recommend getting involved in an investing group. I, too, am getting started and the REI group has been a great source for networking, ideas, and inspiration.

I am a new student looking for support. I believe in Carltons program 100%, but I need someone new or expirienced to help encourage me to buy my first property. Someone to set goals with and to report progress to. We can help eachother, and work past the fear. This site is great & I’m glad I found it, but it would be nice to meet another CS student face to face in the Ft.Myers, FL area. Thanks.
