I sent you an email with a suggestion.

You said you are just starting out. Even if hard money makes sense it is not the only solution. I say this as a hard money lender.

Work on your credit if it needs a tune up. Sell a few deals for cash to give you more working capital. Become friends with a couple of local banks so they can later provide a line of credit as you build a track record.

I have seen a number of deals in the area you mentioned so it should be good hunting. Good luck.

I am looking to get started in REI,am looking for potential deals. I also want to inquire as to where should I look to find hard money lenders to help me get going with this. I would appreciate any info as to where to look, and what are their programs.

Most HM lenders only work there local area/market.

You need to post where you’re located and what market you plan to concentrate for a better response to your question…
