I asked people who I thought would could give recommendations: my Realtor, CPA, Title company and attorney. Like with most other professional referrals you’ll notice the same names keep cropping up.
Make sure you check prices. I got some quotes that were about 3 1/2 times what I paid!!!

There are a lot of really good Qualified Intermediaries out there. Just search under 1031 exchange qualified intermediary or accommodator and you will find a bunch. You also need to evaluate their financial strength, fidelity bonding, errors and omissions insurance coverage and equity capital position to make sure they are financial stable.
