I looking for a Seminar to go too this year on real estate. I am a beginner, I have done one mobile home/land deal and one rent to own deal on a rental home. I want to go to seminar in 2011 that gear for beginner and low on hype. Thanks, Jason

Jason, if you are interested in short sales (buying preforeclosure properties from banks for less than is owed) Deb in Cincinnati does seminars, and has home study course. I only did not end up doing that type of investing because their were so many real estate investors in Cincinnati doing them. much fewer folks were interested in used mobile homes. Deb has been doing these deals, teaching the techniques, for probably 10 yrs or more.
