I just listened to the Archived version of the CRE Radio show that aired yesterday afternoon, featuring Lonnie Scruggs. Lonnie is well known for his Deals on Wheels course, and invests in “Lonnie Deals”, using MH’s as the vehicle.
I would suggest that everyone listen to this archived program… as it takes about 45 mins, whether you are in the house business and have no interest in MH’s at all, There is still something to be learned from this fellow.
Lonnie comes accross as being both your best friend and Grandfather, all wrapped up in one. Just listening to his delivery and approach there is much to be gained, even if not interested in MH’s, but the way that he speaks to folks and seeks an amicable solution…

Lonnie Scrugg’s books were the FIRST books or courses that I bought. Those little books started me in my new career. Whether you sell houses, mobile homes or cracker jacks these books give the whole picture to buying and selling. How to make money!
