I just got offered a park that has been foreclosed on by the bank. My loan officer called to let me know about it. They are offering great terms if I want it. So I started researching mh parks and have read lonnies book. I am wondering if anyone near the sevierville area is doing lonnie deals. If so please contact me. Thanks
