Anyone do them in Canada? Are they more/less difficult than the US?

How to start in CAN
Interesting that you’ve had no replies here as a number of C’ians have been on the different forums here.
But there’s no reason you can’t do some self-educating and becoming the local “Lonnie” authority there.
Start by going to the local MH Parks/Communities and chatting with their owners and/or managers and telling them you’re interested in MH investing there and learning from them.
As for learning what your provincial laws are re buying and selling mobiles you might begin by calling your provincial Consumer Protection Agency and telling them you propose to buy and sell and see what they have to say.
