There is a Mark Pantak who does some work in San antonio among other places. His phone number 361 438 0345. He called me from San Antonio and he has deals all over. He seemed like a nice guy. I think he does mostly deals where others put up the money and he does the work. Look in the menu for Investment clubs in your area.

Newbie here.
I have been reading about all the licensing issues in TX. Any ppl out there in Austin TX doing Lonnie deals.
About to to order DOW. Would be great to find some one who can teach the ropes.
