I am thinking about switching from lease optioning mobile homes in parks to lease optioning single family homes/condos/townhouses etc.
Does anyone have a good strategy for setting up the lease option contract? …
I remember reading somewhere on this site where someone set up the contract to state that the first year was purely rental, if everything went well they could enter a lease option for 2 years, if everything went well again they could change the lease option to a strait seller financed deal… does anyone here do this?
