There is plenty of “regular” real estate around Chicago, that I don’t do many, but I’ve done several in the past and if it’s just too good to be true I’ll do more. Bottom line though is that there are trailer parks everywhere in the Chicago area … look along lake street in Stone Park/Melrose Park … Look along Touhy up by O’Hare airport, go south on I57 toward Kankakee … buy the Daily Southtown and look at the for sale stuff … there are plenty of homes.
