Seriously, yes, I have known of a number of very lucrative MHPs in Ark. and think that it’s likely that some very good deals might still be found there.

Good morning everyone. Has anyone attempted mobile home and/or mobile home park investing in Arkansas? If so, can you provide feedback on your experience in the state?
