Try the tax collector in your county. See who pays the taxes. Get the address that the tax bill goes to, and find out how much the taxes are. Good hunting…ED

I just ran across a vacant property that the neighbors say has been vacant for 20 years. Nice home, nice neighborhood.An elderly gentleman shows up every 6 mos. and mows tall grass. No-I won’t tell you where!
I had a title co. run a property profile to find the owners
name, and got that much but there is no adress or phone number. Next step is to…? Help!

You need to hear the story. I suspect it will be a good one. Figure out who owns it, plant yourself on their doorstep and see if someone will tell it to you.
