I spend my time locating abandoned properties that I can flip. On a regular basis, I am unable to find the owner. Does anyone have suggestions as to how I can locate owners (inexpensively) to make them an offer on their property??

Start by reading the “How To” article entitled “Ten Ways To Find Owners Of Vacant Property” by Joseph M. Kaiser. You can find it at:

Then do a search of the archives and you’ll find some more good suggestions.
