I hope this isn’t considered a solicitation, but in an email I received from ‘creonline’ there is a line, ‘Need to find local investors for your “quick flips”?’
I’m just getting started in Real Estate Investment in the Seattle area and in everything I’ve read, I need to line up my Investors, (buyers) before I do any flips. So by reading this, I’m thinking I can find some here?
