Anyone know a good source to get financing for a client on a single wide with Land{land home package}?Try to stay away from these, but when the bank calls and says make us an offer, I couldn’t refuse.Rehabing it and want some eye catching financing for my client to buy soon… looking at a $42,000 purchase… can take back a small second if need be.May even take a boat, land, or car for down payment… any ideas??cant afford to finance it myself… need cash… just divorced.

I did one once through First National Acceptance in East Lansing, MI. Might want to give them a try, or see if a local L/O can get a broker package from them.
