Hey Joe,
I got a program from infinity softworks for my PDA they have many options and I believe their programs are available for your desktop too. Mine was the powerone CRE. Everything is templated, very easy to use, It got me to within a few bucks. It does much more than loans, it helps with ROI, vacancy rates, compares leases, cashflow, depreciation, loan with PITI, Cash on cash return, cap rate, rent on multi units.$ is something like $70.
HTH,
Peace,
Teddy

Does anybody have a loan cal. that you can enter in a “monthly” payment and intrest rate and lenght of the loan and it will spit out the loan amount.

Hi Joe,
I got a free one for my desktop at www.realdata.com
It is simple but works good for figuring out what payments will be, or what the amount must be to get that payment.
