I just quit claim it into an LLC. Pretty simple straight forward transaction. However I would consult an attorney in your state to get the specifics.

Could someone please explain to me how I can deed an investment property into an LLC that’s already established.
I don’t know if the procedures vary from state to state but I live in Michigan if that will help any.
