if you can get a bank to lend to the llc w/ PG, do that, otherwise you risk a DOS being triggered.

I am buying my first property. I have an LLC which to date, has never conducted a business transaction of any kind. Should I buy the first rental in my name and then transfer it over to the LLC or should I buy it in the LLC with a personal guarantee? Are there any other options?
