If you are the sole member of an LLC or even a member in a multi-member LLC, you do not take a paycheck as a member.

After reading many books, and seeing Garrett at a rich dad seminar I know I must find a new CPA. He has told me I need not hold my rental properties in an LLC as long as I have sufficient insurance! His biggest reason is that forming this entity would require the members to receive a paycheck that would be subject to payroll tax. I have no ammo to fire back at him, Please advise!
Thanks,
