Most any bank that makes mortgage loans will have REOs. THey don’t publish any list and it’s usually kept top secret that they have such a thing unless you can find the correct person in the bank to talk to, and I’m told they don’t waste their time with newbies. Some times they are called non performing assets at the banks.
