Hello,

I am a newbie investor. I ran an ad in the paper to find motivated sellers, and found instead, a person who secures lines of credit for real estate investors. Has anyone ever had this happen before? Does a fee of $10,000.00 ($5,000 cash + 5000 after it is funded) sound reasonable to set up a 250k line of credit? Any comments would be appreciated.
