Can anyone tell me how to get a line of credit of $100K unsecured. I have a 725 beacon score and little annual income one home 75K financed now I am in NC. I want to purchase homes with the working line of credit, then refinance with a mortgage. Is this possible or is there some law against this? Will give more information if needed. I could use a mentor. If anyone is interested please email.
