do the land use agreement / affordable restictions expire soon/ever?
if so …its a good long term play when they can be converted to mkt…

I have an opportunity to buy a 100+ unit building that is owned by a national non-profit charity. The building was built by the charity in the mid 70’s using low income housing tax credits. The residents are 100% section 8 over 62+ years. The complexity of the current financial situation makes putting an offer together difficult. Before I go into details with the due diligence, I am curious if anyone can give insight on working with LIHTC and/or buying from a non-profit organization. Thanks.
