Hi Guys: I was hoping to get an answer to a quation I had?
I know on a home if you owe some one they can place a lein against your property and you have to pay them before you can sell your home. But on a mobile home that is on rented land, the lot is not owned, does the same apply. I was wondering because i know a mobile home that is not attached isnt considered real property, so can they still enter a judgement against that trailer? thanks
