Unless your local title company freely give this info to you, you’d have to make arrangements with them to sell it to you.

The county recorder will/must permit you to look at any of their records, but it’s sure not their job to give you tons of help, or help you organize your lien search, etc

As for the title company, this info, while available to them through their own system is their own, private, proprietary property, for which they must normally bill the wanter, in order for them to stay in business. So normally they couldn’t give this away.

How can I research lien and equities on properties to be sold at delinquent tax auctions and protect myself from future obligations in excess of the propertie’s sale price?
Can this be done on line in SC?
