It all depends on what state you are in. Most DMV people will not understand what a Lonnie deal is or how it fits your situation. Don’t let that stop you befor you get started.

i called the dmv for obtaining a license for the sale of mh.i explained what i was trying to do and not opening up a mh lot.she still told me i have to be approved by the dept of housing.whats that and is $800.sound right for the year?
