I really have enjoyed reading your articles and love some of your techniques. My question is this thogh and has been asked many times so I hope you won’t mind me asking this question from a different angle.
I’ve heard people including yourself saying that being unlicensed puts you at a better advantage that people who are licensed. But obvious you are licensed and my question is this, you haven’t dropped your license I see, what are the benifits for you still keeping your license?
I ask this because I still contemplate geeting mine because I want to do the kind of real estate you do that is I love exchanges and want to build my business like Charles Chatham
