I bought and fixed up 4 mobile homes this year. I was cashed out on 3 of the 4 with a nice profit. The titles were all in my name until they were cashed out, I pd the excise taxes on the cash outs, and hold POA and title in my name on the financed mobile. The state keeps trying to make me get a dealer’s license, these were over 20 years old and all in parks. Why do they keep bothering me? I am within all the limits he asked me about yet it continues.
