I talked just like all of you 7 years ago. I watched Carleton Sheets on late night television. I decided to muster up enough courage to try it, I mean really try it and not let the course sit on the shelf. Today I have a positive cash flow of $12,500 per month, a net worth of 1.9 million dollars, I own over 100 units of rental property and will own between 9.0 and 10.0 million dollars in income producing real estate by mid july of this year. It works, it just takes guts and belief in yourself. My real estate appreciates $425,000 a year thru rent increases and keeping the buildings up. I’m paying down my mortgages also by using the tenants money. In five years, I will be putting in my pocket $25,000 a month. Tax free. check me out

david christine is a huge scam artist. boy, does he have some of you fooled. as of 10/04, he is in the process of selling off properties because of his near bankruptcy. he can no longer afford to pay his bills. he was not efficient at managing money but was very efficient at lying, cheating and stealing to make his money. his bluff was finally called and now he is near bankruptcy. let me just tell you that he is one helluva scam artist. if you don’t believe me, try to find christine properties on the web. it’s gone and so is he.

david is a huge scam artist. i’m sorry for anyone who believes this story. as of 10/04, he is near bankruptcy and is in the process of selling off most of his property to pay his bills. he has lied, cheated, and stolen to make this much money so quickly and now he is paying for it. his success story became a story of failure. try to find christine properties. it no longer exists if you don’t believe me.

This is probably one of the best success stories I’ve seen yet. And to follow it up with an internet site… that’s encouraging. It proves that you really did something. Other success stories had nothing else to go on other than their word. Much success to you!

Great website!

I have one question for you. The houses you show on your website look to be in pretty good shape and are relatively “pretty”. What was the most effective way you found to purchase your properties? I mean did you do it with no money down, lease options, subject to, etc. or did you have money and credit to begin with?

Thanks!
Tom

David, your post says you started 7 years ago, but the website says you’ve had rental property for a decade. What gives?

David,

Thanks for sharing your success story!!

I DO have a question to ask of you though…

What was the ONE thing that was the catalyst for your success?? In other words, there came a time that suddenly things started to work out, “click” so to speak, what was it that caused this transition??

Also, I see that you are in Illinois, so I would assume that you used “Contract for Deed” or “Trusts”, did they help or hinder you??

Thanks in advance…

Would it possible that you could share some of your experiences (briefly), which explain how you got started seven years ago (or whenever?).

The entire idea of getting a property with “No Down Pmt” is a bit “too good to be true”, and getting an example from whom has been there and done with a positive experience is encouraging. Any input is much appreciated. Thanks for your help ahead of time!
