500k-1m , i would see a local bank , ask commercial brokers, who(bank) is loaning now, or other park owners who will carry park paper.

Im currently looking into purchasing a manufactured or mobile home. Something already established.

I have 6 lenders posted on my website www.49erRealEstate.com that specialize in mobile home park loans. About 3 lenders will loan a minimum of $100,000 to $150,000.
