If you’d call W&L and find the Law Review ext. and number and ask them, I’d guess they’d be delighted to send you a copy of that issue of their law review, or a xerox of the article.

Law reviews are student run and published and it’s always flattering to them to hear an article is in demand.

If for whatever reason you can’t get in touch with the LR directly, your closest law librarian, either in your county courthouse LL, or law school LL, can help you find it either online or hard copy.

I’m trying to obtain a copy of an aticle from a Law Review journal cica 1973.

Specifically, Arnston, Peter “The Virginia Land Trust - An Overlooked Title Holding Device for Investment, Business and Estate Planning Purposes,” 30 Washington and Lee Law Review 73 (1973).

I’ve googled with various search criteria but no luck so far. Is there a better way to find this?

Thanks,
