…to insert a one page “we buy houses” flyer into the sunday morning paper that are being delivered. I thought of this the other day and before I try it out, I thought I should ask some experts whom have delt with something like this before. I could even get him to put it right in the middle of the “Real Estate” section!! I believe this could be very effective, Then maybe I could refine my search for motivated sellers by paying the paper boy in the neighborhood that I have the most luck with. what do you think–good idea?? bad idea??

Maybe have him distribute the flyers seperately while he is delivering the paper. For example, make door hangers and have the paper boy hang them while he is on his route. That way even if someone doesn’t read the real estate section they will see your flyer.

You might also consider paying the paperkid to deliver the flyers at a time OTHER than when they are delivering the paper.
