I bought Real Estate Investor Suite (REIS) When I bought into the National grants Confrences program. The brochure states the WEB price at $1495. It has a pretty extensive capability. It has the document center (not state specific) to fill in and print probably all the forms needed, note evaluator, property inspector, property manager, and much more. Give it a look
