A lease purchase cooperative assignment is where you get a Lease option signed up where the owner has final say on who is put into the home. This is typically a technique where the owner would be open to a L/O but is leary of who you will be putting into the home.
It’s good because you assign the contract after the owner approves and your out of the deal.
