I am interested in assigning a long-term lease to a detached residential property. The time frame will be in excess of 20 years. I will be notarizing and recording the document.
Do any future owners of the property have the ability to negate the contract?
In the case of a foreclosure does the lender have the ability to negate?
Is this contract onerous and unenforceable?
Does the rent amount have any impact on the validity of the contract?
Does it matter whom the contract is with?
