Yo:

How you doing?

I can only relate my experiences. I rarely use Lease Options in my real estate investing, however, I do know some that use L/Os all the time. I guess it would depend on the individual investor but I want total control if my time and money is being risked in the deal. My experience is that some sellers go for L/Os but most don’t. The ones that do just want to get out of the situation and will do just about anything to get things done.

It’s good to have goals…and of course, make appropriate plans to reach those goals. The plans have to be reasonable and depend on the individual and have many variances such as education, background, and previous experiences.

Suggest you attend the next local investors club and get to know the people and mingle while asking your questions. You will get a better response because you will be talking to people in your general area.

Good luck to you…keeping reading this board…and enjoy the next club meeting…

Hello everyone,
I am very interested in lease options and I was wondering how common are these to come by. Do you think that to do 10 in two years is a goal that can be reached? Are sellers really willing to do these? What are your experiences? Thank you for your responses in advance.
