Go to WWW.ErnestTew.com He has some of the forms for free on this web site, but I would say Ernest speciualizes in doing Lonnie Deals this way “Net Lease with Option to buy”, Iv been doing my homes this way for the past 4 years, Its worked out very well for me.

Lease optioning mobile homes isn’t written about much but I would suggest you take a look at the triple net lease /option approach used by Ernest Tew.
