Being new to all this info some of it seems over whelming at times>But I have to ask question.I have read alot of info on lease options ,besides wholesaling seems like a good start for a newbie.Just not sure of exactly how it works.I guessing I find property from buyer ,set up a lease option for lower than market or market value/look to flip contract to another buyer.if this is close or if some body couold lay it out in easier terms please do .Any info would be helpfull.Thanks for all the help,such a great site!
