I appologize for posting this as I am sure the answer is in the archives, but w/o being able to search it makes it kind of hard!

I am going in to the REI business and starting out in the L/O part. What are your professional opinions? Do I incorporate or do an LLC? What are the benefits/negatives of each? Hope this isn’t too redundant to answer!!!
