State law will dictate the required meetings, which are generally only
an annual meeting. However, in most states the LLC code states that
failure to keep required record is not reason, by itself, to allow a court
to “pierce” the LLC viel (but it certainly doesn’t help if you have bad
records!)

Hello everyone,

I have a question. I am going to start a LLC and I need information on what I need to do as far as fulfilly the requirements so I won’t lose my asset protection status.
Example - Do I need to conduct monthly meeting? Etc.
