I got a frantic phone call today from a VERY motivated seller - starting ask is $500; you can get this for nothing, I’m sure - she has bought a house, MH is empty, and wants out of 295 space rent - now. She wants her name off of title by the end of the year - she will not be paying January lot rent. She may be signing the title over to the park if nothing happens soon.
There will probably be some minor upgrades required by the park - gutters, for instance - but this could be a cash cow.
