I was told by the seller that Richmond is about 40 miles west of Dayton. Richmond is right on the Indiana/Ohio border and looking at a map, 40 miles seems about right.
I don’t have any other information about the property other then what I’ve already posted, but can try to get more if someone needs it.

Got a call from a bandit sign from someone that has a house in Richmond In. he would like to sell. He lives here in Wisconsin now and is renting the house in Richmond. He said he has to go down there next week to evict the tenant (sounds like some motivation to me). It’s an older house built in the 1800’s that he said has had a lot of work done to it. Asking price is $54,900.
If anyone in the area would like to know more, let me know and I can forward your name and number to the seller.
