Check www.martindale.com and you’ll find lawyers, by specialty, in every area of USA. Martindale-Hubbell is an old, old directory of lawyers and they do a good job of screening and rating lawyers.

i am investing in s.e. alabama and northern fla. and am having a difficult time finding lawyers well versed in r.e. and forming of corporations tax laws etc. i am not even sure it is appropriate to inquire on this forum. if anybody could make a recomendation please e-mail me. thanks robert
